  : Easy access to train station and a lot of restaurants, it is also near Ladies Market.Cleanliness is maintained in the room.Size of the room is acceptable, wide enough for 3 persons in 1 room.
  : There is no hotel porter. We were waiting for someone to help us with our luggages from lobby to our room but good thing is that the receptionist volunteered to help us until we reach our designated floor.

  : The hotel is in the middle of Mong Kok. The rooms are small - particularly the double room where it becomes tight if you have 2 large suitcases - but this is to be expected in Hong Kong where properties are extremely expensive. And we hardly spent any time in the rooms other than to sleep. Our 3 kids shared a family room, which was spacious for Hong Kong standards with a large double bed and single bed, and also more spacious bathroom. There is no breakfast but Langham Palace is opposite the street with a McDonalds breakfast - and there are numerous restaurants near the hotel for local breakfast / dinner. It is a "real" hotel with clear entrance sign and permanent staff who are very helpful and helped us with various questions. If you want to take an airport bus, A 21 stops 1 few minutes from the hotel and is max HKD30. Very comfortable. Subway also easy (MongKok station).
  : The size of the rooms and bathroom is very small - but again this is normal in Hong Kong. We are a very tall family (smallest 1.80m tallest nearly 2m) so beds are always on the short side, but these were around 190 and no head/ feet boards so we all fitted in and they were comfortable! There were unfortunately several protests over Christmas near the hotel - but we were not bothered by this at all. We were warned by local Hong Kong people of any danger, and you can even walk next to the riot police. The only problem is that when there are protests, first the MTR (tube) is closed, then bus lanes and taxis don't drive. But protests are announced so you can take this into account or check with the staff of the hotel.

  : It was very accessible to public transport. The staff were nice and friendly. The only I didnt like was you need to deposit $1000 HKD cash for the keys to your room. I do not know if all hotels in HK do that one but hotels in other countries had only used my card for the deposit. Yeah, they will give it back upon check out but I think the amount is a bit too much. Hotels in Singapore only ask $50 SGD and they use your card for the deposit. Thus, its not much of a hassle. Otherwise, the hotel is worth for your penny
